I have a friend that trains for Ironman triathlons.? He spends several hours a day alone on the road either on his bike or running.? He enjoys using podcasts to learn about other subjects while he is biking or running.? I typically listen to podcasts while traveling, either by car or plane.? It gives me a great way to take advantage of automobile university or in some cases, airplane university.

Who should create a podcast?

As mentioned in the opening sentence, anyone can and should create a podcast.? For example, a real estate or insurance agent could put together a podcast on the 10 things to look for when selecting a real estate agent or insurance agent.? At two podcasts a month that is five months worth of content for their podcast!? There are lots of topics to podcast about once you really start thinking about it.

Affiliate marketers could do a podcast on one of the products they are selling.? They could also go and talk to the product owner and try to get a couple to give away to podcast listeners.? If they refuse, it might even be worth buying a couple to give away.

Network marketers could do company reviews, product reviews, ways to build the business, training on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.?

Interviews are also popular on podcasts.? Affiliate marketers can interview the person that created a product they want to tell their audience about.? An insurance agent could interview a client or safety person.? A network marketer could interview their latest and greatest enrollee or a customer that has had great success with their product.

How to podcast

Creating a podcast is not as difficult as it might seem.? The investment is minimal with most software available for free.? There is free software available, but they are not required.? So, what do you need?

With these tools you can easily create a podcast.? Provide enough value and you will find people coming to you to buy your products or sign up with you in your MLM company.? There are also ways to use a podcast to earn money through advertising, but that is for another blog post.
